The Platform aggregates publicly available financial news from RSS feeds, processes it through artificial intelligence models, and delivers personalized analysis based on your trading persona and watchlist. One Stop Finance is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or investment platform. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations by licensed professionals.
All notifications, trade levels (entry zones, stop losses, take profit targets), confidence ratings, suggested actions (buy, sell, hold, watch), and event analysis presented on the Platform are generated entirely by artificial intelligence. These outputs represent computational pattern analysis and do not constitute professional financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of any security or trading strategy.
AI-generated analysis may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or based on incomplete or inaccurate source data. Entry zones, stop loss levels, and take profit targets are estimates derived from AI models and should never be treated as guaranteed price levels. Past AI analysis performance does not predict or guarantee future accuracy. The AI models used are provided by third parties (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) and the Platform has no control over their underlying behavior, training data, or accuracy.

The Platform operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" model. You provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT). The Platform encrypts your API keys at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption with a Key-Encrypting Key (KEK) and per-user Data-Encrypting Keys (DEK). However:
The Platform collects and stores the following user data: account information (email, display name), trading persona configuration, watchlists, notification history, and encrypted API keys. Sensitive data (API keys) is encrypted at rest. The Platform does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. News content is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds and is processed solely to generate your personalized analysis. Your trading persona and watchlist data are sent to third-party AI providers only as part of the analysis prompt, subject to those providers' privacy policies.
Trading and investing in financial instruments, including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrencies, involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
AI-generated analysis may be incorrect, incomplete, or based on incomplete information. Market conditions change rapidly and unpredictably.
